Week of January 24, 2011

Hello all!

Wanted to update you on my 2011 goal to lose 30lbs.

I am down 5!

I've been trying to drink more water based liquid (tea) and pay attention to what I'm eating, also I've been taking a diet supplement that does seem to give me energy.

Started 2011 at 208
Today the scale reads 203
Former low 174

I AM doing it this year!
